- Is Chanova Labs a product company or an agency?
- Both, deliberately. We build and operate the cloud platform our partner software runs on, and we take on client engagements on that same platform. Running software in production is what keeps the platform sharp; the client work is where it gets applied to someone else's problem.
- Can we buy from several partners under one agreement?
- Yes. Multi-partner agreements are handled at the company level with a single contract, one invoice, and consolidated support. Talk to sales about portfolio pricing.
- Do you offer enterprise terms — SSO, DPAs, custom SLAs?
- Enterprise terms are negotiated per engagement. Tell us your requirements and we will confirm in writing what we can commit to before you sign anything.
- Where does our data live?
- Application data sits in managed document databases and user files in S3-compatible object storage, both under our shared backup and lifecycle policy. We will confirm the specific regions and providers for your deployment during procurement.
- Can you build on your platform for us?
- That is the services side of the business. We use the same identity, billing, storage, AI, and delivery layers that our partner software runs on, which is why a client build starts a long way past zero.
