Product Designer
Design B2B software that respects the person using it, and ship it in the browser rather than in Figma.
Product engineeringRemoteContract or full-timeMid to senior
We build tools people use all day — dashboards, editors, admin surfaces, workflow software. The design problems are density, hierarchy, and state, not landing-page polish.
This role suits someone who works close to the code. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable in a real design system and able to judge your own work in a running product rather than a mockup.

What you would do
- Design product interfaces from problem to shipped state, including the empty and error ones
- Own and extend the shared design system across products
- Work directly with engineers during the build, not just before it
- Bring the same standard to the internal admin surfaces as the customer-facing ones
What we are looking for
- A portfolio of shipped B2B or tool-shaped software, not just marketing pages
- Fluency with design systems, type, and dense information layouts
- You design the whole state machine — loading, empty, error, permission-denied
- You can explain a design decision in terms of the user's job, not your taste
Nice to have
- Comfort reading and editing front-end code
- Accessibility experience beyond a contrast checker
- Motion and interaction design
